摘要: Oxidative stress and diabetes, both Type 1 2 as well their related conditions have been extensively studied. As obesity metabolic syndrome reached at epidemic levels, there is a huge need effort to understand the detailed molecular mechanisms of possible redox imbalance, underlying cause pathology progression disease. These studies provide new insights cellular subcellular levels design effective clinical interventions. This chapter intended emphasize latest knowledge current evidence on role oxidative in diabetes discuss some key questions that are currently under discussion.
