摘要: OBJECTIVES The objective of this in vitro study was to evaluate the surface roughness and micro-hardness three novel resin composites containing nanoparticles after polishing with one-step conventional multi-step systems. METHODS A total 126 specimens (10 X 2 mm) were prepared a metal mold using nano-composites (Filtek Supreme XT, Ceram-X, Grandio), 21 each composite for both tests (n=63 test). Following light curing, seven from group received no treatment served as controls tests. randomly polished PoGo Sof-Lex systems 30 seconds being wet-ground 1200-grit silicon carbide paper. mean specimen determined profilometer. microhardness Vickers hardness measuring instrument 200-g load 15 dwell time. data analyzed Kruskal-Wallis test post hoc Dunn's multiple comparison at significance level .05. RESULTS Among all materials, smoothest surfaces obtained under matrix strip (control) (P .05). lowest values strip, there statistically significant difference compared other CONCLUSION current system appears be effective may preferable restorations.
