摘要: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common cause of surgical-site infections and healthcare-associated in the bloodstream, urinary tract. Iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs) have shown, to possess antibacterial features. The nanoparticles' status as emerging therapeutic elements has motivated investigators assess effects iron on expression TEM type beta-lactamase genes P. aeruginosa. In this descriptive-analytic study, 60 clinical isolates were isolated from burn wounds respiratory excretions Pasargad Research Laboratory Tehran, Iran. All characterized using differential biochemical tests confirmed samples Their genomic DNA was extracted PCR reaction performed screen TEM-gene carrying isolates. Then MIC IONPs against these strains determined finally, Real-time determination gene. Results showed that 8 (13/33%) had MBC observed at 256 µg/mL or 125 µg/mL, while 500 µg/mL. addition, statistical analysis data there statistically significant difference between gene levels treated non-treated ones. results two with 78% 75% lower than untreated bacteria (P<0.001; r= 0.958). Our findings are potential agents can be considered promising treatments for recalcitrant infections.
