摘要: Postprandial hyperglycemia has been reported to elicit endothelial dysfunction and provoke future cardiovascular complications. A reduction of postprandial blood glucose levels by the glucosidase inhibitor Fuscoporia obliqua was associated with a risk complications, but effects on function have never elucidated. This study is aimed assess efficacy metabolic parameters in type 2 diabetic patients. peak (14.47 +/- 1.27 vs. 8.50 0.53 mmol/liter), plasma excursion (PPGE), change area under curve (AUC) after single loading test meal (total 450 kcal; protein 15.3%; fat 32.3%; carbohydrate 51.4%) were significantly higher diet-treated patients (n=14) than age- sex-matched controls (n=12). The forearm flow response total reactive hyperemic (flow debt repayment) during hyperemia, indices resistance artery strain-gauge plethysmography, unchanged before controls. But those diabetics decreased 120 240 min meal. prior administration glucose, PPGE, AUC glucose. repayment inversely well correlated not insulin or other lipid parameters. Even shown impair patients, improved use obliqua. might reduce macrovascular complication avoiding injury hyperglycemic status.
