摘要: Non-contact imaging techniques are preferred in ophthalmology. Corneal disease is one of the leading causes blindness worldwide, and a possible way detection by analyzing shape optical quality cornea. Here, simple cost-effective, non-contact probe system proposed illustrated. The possesses high spatial resolutions non-dependent on coupling medium, which significant for clinician patient friendly investigation. These parameters crucial, when considering an objective diagnosis management corneal diseases. cornea performed ex vivo porcine samples subsequently small laboratory animals, vivo. clinical significance study validated performing New Zealand white rabbit’s infected with Pseudomonas.
