摘要: Biodevices with engineered micro- and nanostructures are strongly needed for advancements in medical technology such as regenerative medicine, drug discovery, diagnostic reagents, delivery to secure high quality of life. The authors produced functional biocompatible plastics hydrogels physical chemical properties surface microscopic shapes that can be freely controlled three dimensions during the production process using superior quantum beams. Nanostructures on a poly(L-lactic acid) were fabricated focused ion beam. Long-lasting hydrophilic concave structures silicone radiation-induced crosslinking oxidation. demonstrated advanced biodevices have potential applications three-dimensional cell culture, gene expression control, stem differentiation induction/suppression, aggregation into arbitrary shapes, tissue individual diagnosis field.
