摘要: A read/write optical disk system for performing high-density recording, reproduction and erasing of information signals by utilizing reversible structural changes between the crystalline amorphous states a chalcogenide glass film or like reproducing method therefor. In this invention, during period recording erasing, respectively, an exposed area is first heated beyond its melting point to obtain random state atomic arrangement rate cooling from melted controlled so as recorded erased state. This realized in arranging plurality laser spots different intensities lengths proximity each other on same track thereby ensuring high-quality involving no danger any incomplete erasure.
