Microwave assisted synthesis of chiral pyrrolines with biological activity

摘要: A new, high yield regioselective reaction affording racemic and enantiomeric 1,2-dimethyl-3-[2-(6-substituted naphthyl)]-2H,5H-pyrrolines is reported. Compounds were provided by dehydration of the corresponding naphthyl)]-3-hydroxy-pyrrolidines under microwave irradiation solvent-free conditions. Pharmacological properties compounds are also described; analgesic activity was investigated hot plate test. conformational analysis carried out molecular modeling techniques with aim to get information about fitting known pharmacophore models.
