摘要: The discovery of a new superconductor, LaFeAsO(1-x)F(x) with superconducting critical temperature,T(c), 26 K in 2008, has quickly renewed interest the exploration iron-based superconductors. More than 70 superconductors have been discovered within several months, highest T(c) up to 55 being observed SmFeAsO(1-x) compound. High T(c)s previously only cuprates; these added as second members high-T(c) family. crystal structure compounds contains an almost 2D Fe-As layer formed by FeAs(4) tetrahedrons, which can be separated oxide or metal that provides extra electrons layer, and itinerant iron 3d form antiferromagnetic (AFM) order state undoped parent at around 100-200 K. Superconductivity induced carrier doping, destroys AFM ground state. In this Review, most recent findings on basic experimental facts about class materials will presented, including various structures, synthesis methods, physical properties compounds, doping methods could produce superconductivity, pressure effects, prospects for
