摘要: Lingual epithelium undergoes oxidative stress and apoptosis with consequent renewal of superficial keratinized cells by proliferation differentation the stem basal germinative layer. In 3 distinct areas lingual rat rabbit, anterior third, central third posterior we determined activity hexose monophosphate shunt enzymes antioxidant enzymes, which are essential for support cell differentation. Enzymatic assays showed that glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) was highest in whereas glutathione peroxidase, 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, reductase, superoxide dismutase catalase similar over all areas. Histochemical localization immunohistochemical protein G6PD types papillae had a content; moreover, presence different isoforms excluded electrophoretic analysis. We conclude higher part is due only to anatomical organization epithelial surface this area, many filiform fungiform arranged compact manner, corresponds number proliferating differentiating cells. These processes need products activity. This study indicates good marker tongue epithelium.
