摘要: PURPOSE: To review and evaluate the anatomical definitions of perinatal extravaginal torsion (EVT) testis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: An extensive literature was made to reveal prevalent background predisposing EVT. Gross appearance twisted testes obtained during surgery for 14 cases EVT used test validity above theories. RESULTS: The most commonly accepted suggestions describe an within dartos muscle that includes all layers spermatic cord or outside parietal layer tunica vaginalis internal fascia.
