Methods In each country, London Fibromyalgia Epidemiological Study Screening Questionnaire (LFESSQ) administered by telephone a representative sample community over 15 years age. positive screen defined as following: (1) meeting 4-pain criteria alone (LFESSQ-4), or (2) both 2-fatigue (LFESSQ-6). The questionnaire also submitted all outpatients referred 8 participating rheumatology clinics for 1 month.
