摘要: ABSTRACTFocal amplification of specific regions the genome creates high copy number and expression oncogenes in tumors. By applying fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH) to leukocytes hepatitis C (HCV) patients non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) patients, we estimated gene dosage TERC at 3q26.3. Higher numbers were found NHL diagnosis compared HCV patient groups. also observed relapse remission. We believe that is involved process genetic instability leading tumor genesis such as NHL.
