摘要: Three-dimensional mass transfer is simulated. The factors determining the hydrodynamic conditions for efficient in growth of large KDP single crystals (cross sections up to 45 × cm2) from solutions a real 300-l-crystallizer are established. motion supersaturated solution surface growing crystal direction opposite that gravitation attained. mode developed provides rates five times higher high-quality optical crystals.
