摘要: Abstract Exciton dynamics has been studied in quantum wells, dots and wires of diluted magnetic semiconductors by time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy. The transient exciton with resonant excitation Cd 1− x Mn Te/ZnTe ( =0.1) multiple wells shows the formation polarons well excitons. Free localized states excitonic are distinguished from difference lifetimes binding energies. polaron accompanied emission or absorption LO phonons was also observed.
