摘要: Two new cases of atypical mycobacterium infections the deep structures are reported. With two reported previously by authors and a review 24 others recorded others, symptoms signs reviewed. Typically it occurs in middle-aged person, some whom give history puncture wound within 6 weeks onset symptoms. Biopsy cultures essential for diagnosis, but presumptive diagnosis indicates that, after synovectomy, treatment should started with antituberculous drugs, isoniazid ethambutol, Rifampin, or both continued 18 to months, unless vitro sensitivity tests indicate change medication. The usual organisms M. kansasii, marinum, intracellulare , avium .
