摘要: We have studied the compression and structure of compressed monolayers sulfate polystyrene latex particles on air/water octane/water interfaces. If sufficiently (on a Langmuir trough) at surfaces give rafts hexagonally packed particles, while those oil/water interfaces undergo transition from originally hexagonal to rhombohedral structure. found that beyond collapse particle both fold corrugate, there is no expulsion individual or aggregates interface.
