摘要: In the present study, electrochemical behavior of ticlopidine was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, square-wave voltammetry and differential pulse using a cathodically pretreated boron-doped diamond electrode. Ticlopidine exhibited one well developed irreversible oxidation peak suitable for analytical purposes at about 0.95 V (vs. Ag/AgCl 3.0 mol L−1 KCl) in BR buffer solution (pH 5.0). The electrode reaction analyte found to be diffusion-controlled process. At optimized voltammetric parameters (modulation amplitude 150 mV, scan rate 10 mV s−1 modulation time ms), obtained curve linear concentration range 3.9 38.4 μmol with detection limit 0.66 L−1. influence possible interfering compounds studied as well. proposed method applied success determination pharmaceutical urine samples good accuracy precision.
