摘要: A lipase-facilitated transport of 4-phenoxybutyric acid, 3-phenoxypropionic 2-phenylpropionic 2-phenoxybutyric mandelic acid and 2-amino-2-phenylbutyric was carried out using a supported liquid membrane based on room temperature ionic liquids. There were marked differences in the permeate fluxes various organic acids due to substrate specificity lipases. The maximum flux (44×10−2 mmol cm−2 × h) obtained as 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate phase.
