摘要: Abstract This paper describes the process of precision forging an aluminium-alloy rotor with 23 radial twist blades. Fully-enclosed die isothermal condition was carried out to form complexity shape rotor. A combined female designed solve releasing. Several forming schemes were employed reduce pressure or improve fill in experiment. The results indicate that fully-enclosed can produce blade precisely, machining time obviously, make flow lines follow its contour and mechanical properties effectively.
