摘要: We apply ultrafast single shot interferometry to determine the pressure and density of argon shocked from up 7.8 GPa static initial in a diamond anvil cell. This method enables observation thermodynamic states distinct those observed either shock or isothermal compression experiments, dynamics materials. also present straightforward for interpreting wave data which determines index refraction at front, particle velocities waves transparent Based on these methods, we observe between room temperature isotherm adiabat cryogenic final pressures 28 GPa.
