摘要: The effect of steam explosion pretreatment on biodegradation lignin in wheat straw was studied this paper. Through experiments and analysis, 0.8 MPa operation pressure 1:20 to water ratio are optimum for destroying the maximum loss rate is 19.94%. After pretreatment, retted by Trametes versicolor 40 days. Biodegradation tested 55.40% found day 30. During whole process both biodegradation, 75.34% degraded, without raw material degradation 31.23% only. FT-IR spectroscopy, TGA SEM were used further validating results biodegradation.
