摘要: In the early phase of an emerging pandemic such as A/H1N1v 2009, it is essential to have a good understanding its transmissibility, which often summarized by reproductive number. Before country affected, government may want make their own assessment what going on in areas world that previously been affected disease. However, having access detailed data problematic. The only publicly available international dataset with information for large number countries was WHO cumulated case counts per country. this paper, we show how and situations recorded history provides valuable estimate effective countries.
