摘要: MicroRNAs are involved in cancer-related processes. The microRNA-21(miR-21) has been identified as the only miRNA over-expressed a wide variety of cancers, including cervical cancer. However, function miR-21 is unknown carcinomas. In this study, we found that inhibition HeLa cancer cells caused profound suppression cell proliferation, and up-regulated expression tumor suppressor gene PDCD4. We also provide direct evidence PDCD4-3'UTR functional target 18bp putative site can sole regulatory element cells. These results suggest may play an oncogenic role cellular processes serve for effective therapies.
