摘要: A method for the alignment of two or more biological sequences is described. The a direct extension Taylor (1987) incorporating consensus sequence approach and allows considerable freedom in control clustering sequences. At one extreme this equivalent to earlier (Taylor 1987), whereas at other, approaches binary Feng Doolittle (1987). Such program be adapted particular problems, which has important advantage resulting savings computer time, allowing very large problems tackled.
