摘要: The magnetisation behaviour of polycrystalline permalloy/copper multilayers with mixed antiferromagnetic/ferromagnetic coupling was investigated as function temperature. results are discussed in a framework realistic model anitferromagnetically coupled layers connected by ferromagnetic pinholes. A microstructure pinholes (their density and dimensions) varied either proper annealing treatment or choosing samples various Cu spacer thicknesses. It demonstrated that the temperature changes net magnetic moment measured field smaller than saturation strongly affected composition pinholes, their density, cross-sectional area lengths.
