摘要: In this paper, a new three-phase hybrid seven level inverter topology with single DC supply is proposed for the first time. The realized by cascading two three flying capacitor inverters half bridge module. having multiple switching state redundancies each of pole voltage levels. By using these redundancies, charging can be controlled in every PWM cycle. This feature advantageous reducing sizing. Another advantage that charge balancing irrespective modulation index and load power factor. A hysteresis controller based control algorithm implemented inverter. Furthermore, uses lesser number semiconductor devices, capacitors supplies compared to conventional topologies. tested open loop V/f scheme an induction motor drive. Inverter entire range, experimental results steady-state operation are presented various fundamental frequencies. Experimental showing effectiveness both steady transient operating conditions presented.
