摘要: This invention provides a lossless 4-point Hadamard transform circuit which can minimize the number of times addition/subtraction calculations, and reduce round processing required to convert data including fractional part into an integer. To this end, DC coefficient generating unit summates four input data, shifts summation result 1 bit right halve halved by truncating result. 1-bit shift is output as coefficient. An intermediate generates, value, difference value between one obtained unit. AC generates three coefficients adding generated other data.
