摘要: Abstract Central airway obstruction is a life-threatening disorder causing high physical and psychological burden to patients due severe breathlessness impaired quality of life. Standard-of-care stents are silicone tubes, which cause immediate relief, but prone migration, especially in growing patients, require additional surgeries be removed, may further tissue damage. Customized with tailorable bioresorbability that can produced reasonable time frame would highly needed the management this disorder. Here, we report poly(D,L-lactide-co-e-caprolactone) methacrylate blends-based biomedical inks their use for rapid fabrication customized bioresorbable stents. The 3D printed materials cytocompatible exhibit silicone-like mechanical properties suitable biodegradability. In vivo studies healthy rabbits confirmed biocompatibility showed stayed place 7 weeks after they became radiographically invisible. developed open promising perspectives manufacturing medical devices precision, tuneable elasticity predictable degradation sought-after.
