摘要: Micropropagation is an important tool for rapid multiplication and the creation of genetic variability in African violets (Saintpaulia ionantha Wendl.). Successful vitro propagation depends on specific requirements precise manipulation various factors such as type explants used, physiological state mother plant, plant growth regulators culture medium, conditions. Development cost-effective protocols with a high rate crucial requirement commercial application micropropagation. The current chapter describes optimized protocol micropropagation using leaf obtained from grown plants. In this process, regeneration occurs via both somatic embryogenesis shoot organogenesis simultaneously induced regulator thidiazuron (TDZ; N-phenyl-N'-1,2,3-thidiazol-5-ylurea). simple, rapid, efficient large-scale violet dual routes allow multiple applications technology simple clonal to induction or selection variants production synthetic seeds.
