摘要: Abstract Lithium phosphides (LiP and Li 3 P) were synthesized by the exothermic reaction between lithium melt phosphorus powder in an inert atmosphere. The structure of these compounds was studied using X-ray diffraction elemental analysis. LiP crystallizes a monoclinic has black metallic luster. P hexagonal brown color. is insulator, but shows ionic conductivity higher than 10 −4 (Ω cm) −1 at ambient temperature. good stability contact with electrode acts as membrane for transport without phase transformation. phosphide may have potential application electrolyte solid state devices.
