摘要: Abstract The application of advanced numerical simulation tools for modelling, analysis and improvement existing industrial manufacturing cells is presented with reference to the development implementation Digital Factory concept. Two real case studies belonging different scenarios, i.e. mass small batch production, are simulated aim improving specified performance measures related productivity, such as throughput or time, utilization resources. Diverse resources, including 3D Motion Discrete Event Simulation tools, jointly applied support decision making on systems reconfiguration improvement.
