摘要: A heat transfer simulation model combining convection and conduction was developed to predict accurately the temperatures of air produce (tomatoes) placed within a custom designed experimental set-up used for measurement uniformity hot treatment. The thermal conductivity humidity have significant effects on treatment, particularly temperature gradients generated in design. Tomato position, signifying length tunnel, is another factor be considered when designing such device. While velocity affecting treatment uniformity, tomato orientation did not show any effect. experimentally validated found accurate. This method could also other fruits.
