Near-term potential of wood as a fuel

摘要: A summary of near-term conversion technologies, which could be used to expand utilization wood residues and standing forests, is presented. The forest products industry identified as a principal candidate for expanded wood-fuel use. Sources are technologies costs discussed. Possible incentives encourage the use fuel examined. These include retirement tax credit an investment credit. Suppliers commercial systems identified.
