摘要: Until recently, exposure pathways of concern for cyanotoxins have focused on recreational exposure, drinking water, and dermal contact. Exposure to through fish consumption is a relatively new area investigation. To address this concern, microcystins other were analyzed in collected from nine Washington lakes with recurrent toxic blooms using two types enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Microcystins or microcystin-like compounds elevated liver relative muscle tissues (liver>gut>muscle). Microcystin concentrations fillet samples anti-Adda ELISA (range 6.3-11 μg/kg wet weight) consistently higher all species than anti-microcystin (MC)-leucine-arginine (LR) 0.25-2.4 weight). MC-leucine-alanine (LA) was the only variant detected (2.5-12 four livers) among variants by LC-MS/MS. Fish fillets showed no accumulation MCs targeted Other (anatoxin-a, saxitoxin, domoic acid, okadaic acid) not fish. Based evidence studies, we believe that people can safely consume 8-oz meals per week producing (clean discard viscera).
