摘要: When we measure things know them, but only the measure. Sometimes that are not, or cannot, also important. These called intangibles. They values important not (yet) tangible — so do them. Sveiby (1997, p. 3) uses example of Microsoft. In 1995, stock market value Microsoft was ten times higher than their so-called book equity. This means shareholders have enormous trust in company. making this judgment based solely on financial results, strategy firm confidence person who is figurehead company (Bill Gates) for example. Its likely to view as a creative and innovative with good marketing policy, they believe management capable continuing policy thereby guaranteeing continued results.
