摘要: Sixty-six subjects, mainly derived from various occupational groups and one-third of whom admitted to dyspnoea on exertion, have been grouped according the appearance their peripheral airways at bronchography with oily propyliodone. Eleven subjects showed marked pooling radiographic contrast material, 22 mild or moderate pooling, in 33 pools were absent. Pooling was not seen non-smoking subjects. In group without pulmonary function non-smokers a history smoking similar. Subjects had significantly lower diffusing capacity (transfer factor) evidence loss elastic recoil when compared absent pooling. These results indicate that bronchographic is associated physiological changes panacinar emphysema suggest causal relationship may exist between organic bronchiolar lesion parenchymal emphysema.
