摘要: Objective: The kinetic analysis of 11C-acetate PET provides more information than routine one time-point static imaging. This study aims to investigate the potential dynamic hepatic imaging improve diagnosis hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and benign liver lesions by using compartmental modeling discriminant analysis. Methods: Twenty-two patients were enrolled in this study, 6 cases with well-differentiated HCCs, 7 poorly-differentiated HCCs 9 pathologies. Following CT scan, all underwent A three-compartment irreversible dual-input model was applied lesion time activity curves (TACs) estimate rate constants K1-k3, vascular fraction (VB) coefficient α representing relative artery (HA) contribution blood supply on non-lesion tissue. parameter Ki (=K1×k3/(k2 + k3)) calculated evaluate local metabolic acetate (LHMAct). further classified above parameters. Results: K1 standardized uptake value (SUV) ratio (T/L) found be parameters best characterizing differences among HCC, HCC stepwise analysis. With functions consisting these two parameters, accuracy prediction 87.5% for 50% 66.7% lesions. classification much better that SUV T/L, where corresponding three kinds 57.1%, 33.3% 44.4%. Conclusion: could identification from combination T/L appears a very helpful method clinical masses staging.
