摘要: Nutritional influences on hemostasis have been a major source of interest to investigators for some three decades. The earlier studies concentrated attempts provide laboratory evidence explain the epidemiological association between high saturated fat diet and incidence ischemic heart disease. These endeavours resulted in multiplicity reports effect single high-fat meals measures coagulability or fibrinolysis. In more recent years, with increasing understanding platelet biochemistry, come longer-term manipulation dietary pattern mechanism their influence function. Whether such will clarify our causation thrombosis lead rational its prevention remains be established. Additionally, there has recognition other nutritional hemostasis; undoubtedly many remain identified elucidated. Even at present incomplete state knowledge, however, it is clear that strict control mandatory if physiological variables are valid.
