摘要: More than a decade ago, promising results stimulated researchers to cherish great ambitions on the applications of genetically-modified micro-organisms because molecular tools were available understand and modify functioning genome, however, few examples can be found. A possible explanation for this delay, apart from hesitant attitude public regulators, is lack relevant scientific data.
