摘要: The effect of GnRH administration on super- ovulatory response ewes treated with equine chorionic gonadotrophin (eCG) in breeding and nonbreeding seasons the contribution laparoscopic insemination to improvement fertilization embryo recovery were investigated. Twenty-four nonpregnant Awassi 3- 4 years age randomly allocated into two groups (n= 12). Each ewe was a progesterone impregnated intravaginal sponge for 12 days. following superovu- lation treatment used: group 1 received 1,200 IU eCG once as an intramuscular injection 48 h prior withdrawal; 2 also injection, withdrawal after 24 removal. Ewes injected 80 μg GnRH. further subdivided four equal (n=6). Subgroups A C (superovulated plus GnRH, respectively) mated naturally at least times rams proven fertility 8-h intervals. B D (same C) had intrauterine 44-46 removal, under visualization uterine horns, depositing ml diluted semen containing 100×10 6 motile sperm distal portion each horn. Ovarian assessed by determining number corpora lutea laparoscopy day mating. Embryo performed using semi- flushing procedure both horns. Results present study showed that season has higher (P<0.05) than alone 7.33±0.54 4.33±0.39, respectively. There no significant difference when unovulated follicles significantly seasons. recovered embryos from differ 4.32±0.56 1.06±0.26, respectively, No observed these hormones used superovulation season. unfertilized ova inseminated laparoscop- ic technique. Higher rate achieved via (4.66±0.66) compared (2.16± 0.74). techniques 91.5% 44.8%, Fertilization failure 8.4% 55.2%, It could be concluded removal increased ovulation use induce combined increases rate.
