摘要: Cancer stromal targeting (CAST) therapy has the potential to overcome drug resistance and improve therapeutic efficacy, even in cancer with abundant stroma that inhibits penetration of anticancer agents. Many types form varying degrees stroma, which generally increases disease progression. Noninvasive imaging methods for assessing degree formation individual cancers are useful diagnosing malignancy selecting patients who could potentially benefit from CAST therapy. Antibodies against several targets, including insoluble fibrin tissue factor, have been developed be good candidate platforms – not only therapy, but also assess formation. This section focuses primarily on antibody-based nuclear medicine because it highest sensitivity quantitative ability among noninvasive techniques applicable clinical practice, based antibody-drug conjugates.
