摘要: Abstract The role of endothelin, PAF and thromboxane A 2 in airway hyperreactivity (AHR) to carbachol induced by ovalbumin sensitization challenge Balb/c mice was investigated. Ovalbumin significant AHR actively sensitized challenged mice. Treatment these with the antagonist CV-3988 (10μgkg −1 , i.v.) completely abolished OVA-induced carbachol. TxA L-654,664 (1mgkg partially blocked induction OVA-challenged intranasal administration 50pmol ET receptor BQ-123 had no effect on PIP but produced a reduction at dose 100pmol. intravenous (100pmol) reduced only highest doses B BQ-788 administered either via or route Naive treated U-44069 (25 100μgkg i.v.), endothelin-1 (100pmol, intranasally) agonist IRL-1620 showed marked increase reactivity These results suggest an important for ovalbumin.
