摘要: Increased plasma levels of free fatty acids (FFA) occur in states insulin resistance such as type 2 diabetes mellitus, obesity, and metabolic syndrome. These high FFA seem to play an important role for the development but mechanisms involved are not known. We demonstrated that acute exposure (1 h) rat incubated skeletal muscle leads increase insulin-stimulated glycogen synthesis glucose oxidation. In conditions prolonged FFA, however, uptake metabolism is impaired muscle. this review, we discuss differences between effects on possible FFA-induced resistance.
