摘要: The optimal conditions of production biopolymer by the culture Bacillus cereus B-11 were examined, using molasses wastewater to replace glucose as carbon source and energy in medium. Results showed that COD concentration favorable for was 5000 mg•L-1, inoculum size 5%(v/v), 28◦C, initial pH 7.0 shaking speed 150 r•min-1, under conditions, highest flocculating activity achieved Kaolin suspension 98.5% 3.55 g /L broth obtained. effective some soluble reactive dyes aqueous solution, Light-Yellow K-4G Turquoise Blue KN-G with a decolorization efficiency 97.5 94.7%, respectively, using 25 mL flocculant 500 100 mg•L-1 dye solution.
