摘要: Optical microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry were used to study the behavior of dilute aqueous systems containing mixtures a long-chain cationic surfactant fatty alcohols. Both alcoholrich particles with lamellar structure crystalline fibers considerable observed, becoming more prevalent decreasing values alcohol-to-surfactant ratio r. For r exceeding about two, separate fibrous particulate regions seen, latter forming continuous networks throughout individual samples hence contributing viscoelastic properties known characterize these formulations. Studies system as function temperature showed that melting temperatures 55 C 60 C, respectively.
