摘要: For development of tailor made drug delivery systems using poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) hydrogels, the influence acids and bases added to aqueous solution on swelling behaviour as function concentration, temperature kind acid or base were investigated experimentally. The selected are formic, acetic, propionic, lactic, succinic, α-ketoglutaric citric acid. applied sodium potassium hydroxide. was characterised by degree uptake hydrogel in swollen state. In case weak properties well phase transition concentration depends type acids, whereas shrunken state do not depend used. strong bases, ionic strength, but applied.
