Fabrication of organometallic halide perovskite electrochemical supercapacitors utilizing quasi-solid-state electrolytes for energy storage devices

摘要: Abstract Organometallic halide perovskite materials have gained enormous interest in energy conversion and various optoelectronics applications. These unique possess great ionic response. Hence, their suitability for storage device applications needs to be explored. We fabricated the first time all-solid-state electrochemical supercapacitors with high areal capacitance, fast charge-discharge rate, power density superior cyclability. investigated performance of two different quasi-solid-state electrolytes sandwiched between symmetric electrodes. recorded highest capacitance 21.50 μF/cm2 which is 3.65 times greater than by similar capacitors utilizing liquid-state electrolytes. High 5.05 W/cm2 was achieved. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) used study transport mechanism properties our devices. The Nyquist plots exhibit linear characteristic across low frequency ranges, indicating excellent diffusion into electrodes confirming ideal supercapacitor behavior these All devices short relaxation having least 251.19 μs indicative discharge Our show cyclability retaining 98.34% its initial after 1000 cycles.
