摘要: The storage disaccharide, trehalose, is accumulated in yeast during a temperature shift from 30 to 45 degrees C. response peaks at 90 min and transient since levels of trehalose decline rapidly cells returned Storage inhibited when are incubated the presence acridine orange or ethidium bromide prior shift, suggesting requirement for de novo RNA synthesis.
