摘要: Hypertensive patients have more complex health care needs and are likely to poorer health-related quality of life than normotensive people. The awareness hypertension could be related reduce life. We propose the use quantile regression explore detailed relationships between life. In a cross-sectional, population-based study, 2737 participants (including 1035 hypertensive 1702 participants) completed Short-Form Health Survey. A model was employed investigate association physical component summary scores mental with evaluate associated factors. Patients who were aware (N = 554) had lower unaware (N = 481). median (IQR) scores: 48.20 (13.88) versus 53.27 (10.79), P < 0.01; 50.68 (15.09) 51.70 (10.65), P = 0.03. adjusting for covariates, results suggest most quantiles (P < 0.05 except 10th 20th quantiles) in which β-estimates from −2.14 (95% CI: −3.80 −0.48) −1.45 −2.42 −0.47), as same significant trend some −3.47 −6.65 −0.39) −2.18 −4.30 −0.06). has greater effect on those intermediate status: equal −2.04 −3.51 −0.57, P < 0.05) at 40th decreased further −0.47, P < 0.01) 90th quantile. Awareness negatively rural western China, status status.
